Apartment 216, for 3 people quiet large, very suitable for 4. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Quite in general, you will hear road traffic at 8 am but not too disturbing. In general clean but very basic. Good restaurant attached non smoking. Staff pleasant at all times.

Distance from beach, advertised as 50 meter but they neglect to tell you that you have to access the beach down 135 steps, so only suitable for people who are very mobile and fit otherwise you have to take a taxi which is reasonably priced. Misleading when you think your are on the beach. Big disappointment. Apartment could do with repainting and wood work need renewing.

I really loved the cozy reading area in the hotel. It was a perfect spot for me to relax and enjoy a good book. The decoration was charming and inviting, with comfortable chairs and soft lighting. It made me feel right at home. The general areas were also well-maintained, and I appreciated the accessibility for senior people. The hotel had ramps and elevators that made it easy for me to navigate with my mobility issues.

I would have asked for better entertainment options for senior people. While the hotel had a nice atmosphere, it lacked activities specifically tailored for older guests.

The best was the location, just a couple of minutes from the beach. The personnel was very nice and helpful.

The bed was too noisy, squeaking with every movement and the mattress was too hard.

It is a very nice apartment Hotel, They make you feel welcome at once, with good service , Very high up service level reception, and all the hotel mangement, I will recommend this Hotel to everyone that willhave a nice stay , near the beach, restaurant Roca verde have a very nice arcitecture etc ç

A Bit of Everything and Pure Fun

The location was perfect for a bit of everything - from enjoying beautiful beaches to trying out thrilling water sports. We also went on exciting excursions, exploring the stunning Maspalomas Dunes and visiting the charming local villages. There was never a dull moment, and the whole family had a blast!

My kids wished for more playground facilities.

It's decent apartment not far from beach and Atlantic Shopping centre, a nice supermarket, and the promenade above the beach, enjoyed it. Location was marvellous and magnificent, a minute walk from Playa de el Cochino. We were set close to night life.

No noise insulation from Spanish families, who love to party every weekend.

Read that these apartments had been fully refurbished in 2011, however the apartment we stayed did not look like this was the case. We were on ground floor and only noise we heard was from the chattering cleaners around 8.30 in the morning. They really need to be more considerate that people might still be sleeping!

The apartment had spacious verandas and comfortable beds. The location was convenient and close to the beach and amenities. We also enjoyed the friendly and welcoming staff.

The facilities were basic and in need of some maintenance. There were noise disturbances from construction work and noisy guests.

We loved the friendly staff and great facilities here, and the convenience of having a bus stop and a beautiful beach just a short walk away.

MIND-BLOWING location, super-friendly staff, jaw-dropping pool area, clean and comfy rooms, delicious food at the bar/restaurant, value for money, and a hilarious bartender!
